Obituary for Richard Paige Renshaw

Richard Paige Renshaw, 81, of Salisbury, Maryland died on Saturday, September 08, 2012 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake. Born in Salisbury, MD, he was the daughter of the late Herman Renshaw and Helen Bounds Renshaw.

He attended the Rockawalkin UMC and was a member of Centennial Lodge 221, Wicomico Lodge 91, Tall Cedars Eastern Shore Forest 53, Eastern Shore Scottish Rite, Eastern Shore Shrine and the Boumi Temple Shrine. He was a lifelong farmer but also had worked for various company’s including, Showell Poultry, Wicomico Soil Conservation, Wicomico County Weed Control and Deputy Sheriff for 25 years with Wicomico County and also drove a truck for Gary Renshaw Trucking.

He is survived by his wife Rada Adkins Renshaw, whom he married on January 7th, 1977 at the Rockawalkin UMC in Hebron; 2 sons, Glen Renshaw and his wife, Pamela of Salisbury and Gary Renshaw of Allen; 3 step children, Diane Kress of Salisbury, MD, Delores DeVage and her husband, Craig of Salisbury and Daniel Couch Jr. of Cambridge, MD; 5 grandchildren, Kevin S. Renshaw and his wife, Jessica, Christopher DeVage, Ryan DeVage and his wife, Jen, Amanda Chambers and her husband, Rob and Daniel Couch, III; great grandchildren, Hailey and Hanna Renshaw, Kameron Stowell and Avery Chambers.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Norma Twigg and a brother, Jack Renshaw.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at 1:00 pm at the Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Officiating will be Rev. Patty Frick. Entombment will follow at the Wicomico Memorial Park in Salisbury.
